Bombay Biryani

Ingredients;

Nutmeg, 5-6 tablespoons Sugar, 1-2 tablespoons Coriander, 1 teaspoon Clove, 4-5 tablespoons Red Pepper 1 teaspoon Potato Bukhara 1-2 tablespoons cardamom 2 tablespoons bay leaf 1 tablespoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon crushed cumin 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon salt to taste black pepper 1 teaspoon yogurt 1 cup chicken broth 1 kg Oil 4 – 5 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes 3-4 tablespoons green chilies 4-5 tablespoons chopped potatoes 2-3 tablespoons 1 tablespoon water as required brown onion 1 cup chopped coriander.
Rice
Water 1-liter salt 2 tbsp proved hot spices 1 tsp soaked rice 1 kg

Synthesis
To make Biryani Masala: Grind all spices
Now put the prepared spices on the side                                                                                                                    Now heat ghee in a pan, add oil and heat it, then add chopped chicken and cook till it changes color.          add ginger garlic  and mix well
Now add  tomatoes and fry for 5 to 6 minutes
Then add yogurt and mixed with biryani masala and fry to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Now add the remaining spices and mix well
Add chopped tomatoes to the broth and mix.
Now add a tablespoon of medium size green chilies, sliced ​​potatoes, and curry powder and mix well.
Add a little water and keep it on the tail for 15 to 20 minutes, till the potatoes are melted and oil comes up.
Now add brown onion and mix, then garnish with chopped coriander and turn off the stove.
For the rice: Now heat water in a cauldron, add two tablespoons of salt, add hot spices and bring to a boil.
Now add rice and cook on high heat till one grain of rice is left. Sift the rice and set it aside.
In a large saucepan, add oil, cover with cooked rice, then layers of curry, garnish with a little chopped coriander and apply all the layers in the same way.
Then add a little oil, color the food, add chopped coriander
Apply the cloth and leave it on the tail for 15-20 minutes.
