Tandoori Chicken Roast

Ingredients

Sauce.
1 Garlic 5 to 6 pieces  2 green chilies 4 to 5 pieces 3 green coriander half a lump                                             4 white vinegar 1 tablespoon 5 water 2 tablespoons 6 onions Paste One cup                                                     7 Salt to taste 8 Lemon juice 2 tbsp (Tandoori Chicken Roast)
MARINATION
Tikka pieces½ kg
Red chili powder1 tablespoon
chili powder1 tablespoon
cumin1 tablespoon
Ground turmeric1 tablespoon
Garam masala½ teaspoon
Yogurt1 cup
Food color½ teaspoon
Two or three tablespoons of oil
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter as needed
Synthesis;
1Make long chicken pieces and cut them into long pieces.
2Mix the chicken pieces together, then add crushed red chilies, ground chilies, turmeric, crushed cumin, black pepper, hot spices, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, and yellow color, and mix well. Then add the food and mix until the meat is well seasoned.
3 Now leave it to marinate for 1 to 2 hours. It can also be marinated overnight if you wish.                          4 To make the sauce, blend the garlic cloves, green peppers, coriander leaves, white vinegar, water, onion paste, salt, chaat masala, and lemon juice in a blender.
5 Now heat butter and oil in a frying pan then add marinated chicken pieces and fry and brown well.
6 hot tandoori chicken roast is ready. (Tandoori Chicken Roast)
