Finely chop green coriander 1/4 – cup

Licking spices – 1 teaspoon

Egg – a number

Sauce Ingredients:

Garlic – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Licking spices – 1 teaspoon

Green Peppers – Numbers

Lemon juice – a teaspoon

Tamarind pulp – 1 cup and

Yogurt – 1 cup

Haradhaniya Mint – As required

More ingredients:

Oil

Eggs – two pieces

Bin – six numbers

Synthesis:

In a pan, add water, gram lentils, ginger, turmeric, long, red chili, cinnamon, red chili, and cumin, and cook till the lentils are melted and the water is dry then leave it to cool.

Put the boiled lentils in a chopper and grind them well then keep them in the fridge for some time.

In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, salt, onion, mint, green coriander, chaat spices, and egg, then mix well. Then add crushed lentils and mix well.

Now prepare 6 kebabs from the mixture.

Then dip these kebabs in egg and fry.

Finally, Put all the ingredients of the sauce in a blender and grind well. Now put the sauce in the bun and at the same time garnish with onion, tomato, and cabbage.
